This site is primarily for assisting in compliance with 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 68, Elimination of Architectural Barriers which requires construction projects with estimated costs over $50,000 to be reviewed and inspected for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Robert Ronson (#16) Maureen Ronson (#1246) and Joshua Ronson (#1596) are certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as an Registered Accessibility Specialist and their expertise can assist you in fulfilling these requirements anywhere in the state and beyond. · Step 1 is submittal for a plan review and get your Project Number for inclusion for building permit at the same time. Go to the Plan Review Section. · Step 2 is requesting the follow-up inspection within 30 days following completion of construction. Go to the Inspections section. Leviticus 19:14
